Minnesota track & field and cross country wrapped up the year ranked 16th in the USTFCCCA Program of the Year standings.

Jess Herauf and Nicolle Murphy earned First Team All-American honors, and the 4x400m relay team picked up Second Team honors.

Jess Herauf and the Gophers began competition at the 2015 NCAA Championships on Wednesday.

Seven Gophers will represent the Maroon & Gold at the NCAA Championships this week.

Minnesota will have representatives compete in the heptathlon, hammer, javelin and 4x400m relay at the national meet.

Jessica Waldvogel, Emerald Egwim, Erin Hawkins, Titania Markland, and Nicolle Murphy secured their places at the NCAA Championships.
